Credit Card Information
When you order any product and/or request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) on our Website, you may be redirected to a third-party payment gateway service to provide your credit card information including the credit card number, card security code (also called CVV2, CVC2, CIDcode), the expiry date and the billing address. The third-party payment gateway service is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) for payment processing.
In order to improve our products and services, we may use your personal information to send you online surveys. These surveys help us learn more about your experience with our products and services. Your responses to these surveys are treated as confidential information. If you do not wish to participate in a survey, you may simply decline when asked. I acknowledge and agree that Technet Technical Services support technician or its partners have no responsibility or legal liability under any circumstances at any time for the loss or corruption of any of the following: customer data, software, or hardware that may arise out of services provided or due to a hardware malfunction.
I also understand that the services provided to me are ‘AS IS’ and there are NO other warranties provided for services rendered. However, I am aware of the fact that if I experience a problem with the services provided to me on this day then I would have to email the provider of services at email@example.com within seven (7) business days from the date of sale to raise a ticket with Technet Technical Services. Technet Technical Services will use commercially reasonable efforts to try to resolve the problem at no additional charge the payment will be processed by a secured payment gateway.
